Custom Wine Glass Holder Policies:
Customization starts for lots of 500 or more and custom dye begins for lots of 1,000. We also offer unprinted holders in small lots and singles.
All major credit cards are accepted. For your convenience, we accept credit card payments online or over the telephone and your order will immediately begin to process. Checks are also accepted, but may delay the processing time for up to two weeks.
Standard shipping is free within the United States, but unfortunately we do not offer shipping to overseas locations at this time. If you are a reseller, we can insert your company information, advertisements or reorder forms before shipping at no extra charge.
Delivery dates are guaranteed. Because processing times vary, we evaluate each order on an individual basis and include delivery time with our quote.
Our pricing is inclusive for standard service, but there are some options you can choose which do cost a little more. Remaking your artwork, if you provide low quality artwork need to have our graphic artist duplicate it for printing, the charge is $25. If you would like to have more than one color print, the charge is 0.05 per holder. If you would like to have your holder printed on two locations (e.g., side & front) an additional charge of 0.38 per holder applies. If you need rush service we can accommodate, you will pay exact shipping (we do not charge a fee).
Standard Pricing for Customization in One Color:
500 - 999 = $2.08 per holder

Ready to begin? Here's what you need to do and some things you may want to consider:
Send us an email with your deadline, desired quantity, and artwork.
Logos and artwork need to be very large for best results. We work with layers and prefer Photoshop or .eps file formats however, if you only have a .gif or .jpg we can still help. If your artwork is not suitable for printing, many times our graphic artist can recreate the image using another program; there is a $25 charge for this and it takes a little longer to process your order.
No logo, no problem! If you would like to have custom holders, but do not have artwork to go with your text, we have you covered. We have a variety of nice simple images for most any occasion, there is no extra cost for this service.
Multi-Colored & dual location printing is available, there is a charge of 0.05 per holder for each additional color (limit 3) and 0.38 for printing on multiple locations (front & side). One color, one location printing is standard and included in our regular pricing.
Do you need a custom color? If you order 1,000 or more we can custom dye your holders at no additional charge. You simply provide the PMS color and we will custom dye your holders to match as closely as possible. We have a chart so if you don't know your PMS color it is not a problem.
